You send one photo
One pet, facing the camera, in daylight. We look at it before we start, and ask for another if the face will not read in thread.

We stitch it, in our workshop
Someone here builds the stitch path from your photo by hand, then our own machines lay it down on linen.

It goes on the wall
Framed in the hoop and wrapped like the gift it is, with a free remake if it does not look like them.
We own the machines. That's the whole difference.
Most shops selling personalized embroidery send your order to someone else's floor. We don't — which is why we can show you the machine your sweatshirt was stitched on, and why a mistake is ours to fix, not ours to explain.

What if it does not look like them?
Tell us within 30 days and we stitch it again, free, from a photo you choose. No return needed, and you keep the first one.
Can I return it?
Not for a change of mind: it is made from your photo and we cannot sell it to anyone else. Faulty, damaged or not as described, you get a full refund.
When will it arrive?
We stitch in 7-9 days, then ship. You see the actual arrive-by dates on the product page before you check out, not a vague estimate.
Is it printed?
No. Every colour on the face is thread, stitched in rows that turn where their fur turns. Close up you can see each stitch.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
